2010 Heathcote Nebbiolo

Lifted rose petal and fennel, typical of the variety. Bright raspberry, red cherry, and some earthiness which will evolve into tar/charry characters given bottle age or extended decanter time. Bright acidity and firm but fine tannin.
Fermented using wild yeast and held on skins for 62 days before pressing, and maturation
in 27 year old, large format oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
